About the Role

Clever Closet is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales through our digital channels.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to develop and execute our marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on managing our paid social and search campaigns, developing email marketing strategies, and nurturing leads through social media and customer review management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across paid social and paid search platforms to drive lead volume and higher ROI from our spend.
  • Develop and oversee strategies for generating and nurturing leads through digital channels, including review sites and email campaigns.
  • Monitor key KPIs and produce regular reports and presentations to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in performance marketing, preferably in a lead generation model.
  • Strong experience in managing and sending customer emails via an email system such as Mailchimp or Dotdigital.
  • Experience in managing and handling customer comments on social media and responding to customer reviews via review site platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to identify trends and provide actionable insights back to the business.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities, comfortable working to meet deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage internal and external relationships.
  • Proactive self-starter, able to take ownership and drive projects forward.
