Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital / Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and operations teams to generate brand interest and sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our paid social and search accounts, developing, producing, and executing our email strategy.
  • Nurture prospective leads through social comment and customer review management.
  • Take ownership of our campaigns, testing, and optimisation, using data-driven insights to ensure continuous growth and evolution.
  • Support and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and development and delivery of marketing plans.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience of solid performance marketing experience working within a SME, ideally a lead gen model.
  • Demonstrative GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management experience.
  • Experience of managing and sending customer emails via an email system such as Mailchimp or Dotdigital.
  • Experience of managing and handling customer comments on social media and responding to customer reviews via review site platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to identify trends and provide actionable insights back to the business.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities, comfortable working to meet deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage internal and external relationships.
  • Proactive self-starter, able to take ownership and drive projects forward.
About the Role

This is a new role and a great opportunity to be part of a new team. The successful candidate will work as a key member of the Clever Closet team but will also work with the Sharps Group Marketing team.
