  • A strong understanding and practical knowledge of issues that typically disrupt progress in journeys towards independence, such as mental health, substance use, self-harm, domestic violence, and anger management.
  • Ability to navigate between and across specialties while working with clients to create a multi-agency support plan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary increase after successfully completing a probationary period.
  • A 37.5 hour working week, including flexible working hours and core hours of 10am-4pm in non-accommodation services.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days, plus paid Bank Holidays.
