Role Overview

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs that drive revenue growth through frictionless, automated trade with indirect sales channels. This role involves nurturing partners from prospect to maturity, providing daily operational support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of Partner Specialists to onboard, enable, and grow revenue with new and emerging partners.
  2. Collaborate with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and automated processes from lead to order to fulfillment.
  3. Manage Partner Programs to successfully onboard, enable, and grow partner revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English plus one other European language.
  • Working knowledge of administrative functions of the Channel business.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and understanding of partner operations.
  • Experience working with partners.
  • High level of competency with software programs, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing project teams.
