Job Description

At Loftware, we are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue growth through frictionless, automated trade with indirect sales channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Partner Specialists, collaborating with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and automated processes, and managing partner programs to successfully on-board, enable, and grow partner revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the team of Partner Specialists to on-board, enable, and grow revenue with new and emerging partners.
  • Collaborating with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and automated processes from lead to order to fulfillment.
  • Managing partner programs to successfully on-board, enable, and grow partner revenue.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English plus one other European language.
  • Working knowledge of the administrative functions of the Channel business.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and understanding of partner operations.
  • Experience working with partners.
  • High level of competency with software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
  • SFDC experience and knowledge of partner management systems (e.g., Partner Portal) is nice to have.

Soft skills include:

  • Leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead across multiple physical teams and physical regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes.
