Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at RecruitedUK. This role is essential in guiding and mentoring learners as they navigate their apprenticeship training and assessment in the Health and Social Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, advise, and inspire learners to achieve their potential.
  • Utilize your expertise in the healthcare field to enhance the training experience.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare industry; if your background is in a hospital setting, you must hold a valid PIN as a registered nurse.
  • For those with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, prior experience in a Deputy or Senior Manager role is essential.

Skills Required:

  • A strong passion for developing future professionals in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in mathematics and English, with additional support available if needed.
  • Competent in IT, with a working knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
