The Role:
  • Work alongside experienced SEND professionals to provide individualized support to pupils, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Implement tailored EHCPs to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils.
Requirements:
  • A psychology-related degree from a Top 20 UK University (minimum 2:1).
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting learners with SEND.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
