About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, from breakfast to dinner, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with our team of chefs to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment, ensuring that all team members are supported and motivated.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional service.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Culinary Qualifications: Hold a relevant culinary qualification, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ in culinary arts.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Hold a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, such as Level 2 or higher.
  • Experience: Have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Possess excellent culinary skills, including cooking, presentation, and plating. Be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
