Job Title: Privacy Operations Lead Global

We are seeking an experienced Privacy Operations Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Global Privacy Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of global privacy projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging privacy regulations and developments
  • Assist in designing and implementing WTW's global privacy governance framework
  • Support the Global Head of Privacy Operations, Country Privacy Officers, and Privacy Coordinators in the rollout of WTW's global privacy program
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and reports on complex privacy topics
  • Manage client audits and coordinate with Data Protection Officers
  • Embed a privacy culture across the business and raise awareness among employees
  • Review and provide advice on multi-jurisdictional privacy assessments and data protection impact assessments
  • Support the implementation of privacy by design and by default across the business
  • Assist in providing training to business functions on privacy and data protection
  • Develop relationships with regional and functional teams to ensure smooth program interfaces
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in privacy operations, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Recognized privacy qualification, such as IAPP CIPM or CIPP certifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a global or regional privacy environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience with OneTrust privacy software tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
