- Design and Shape Privacy Governance: Assist in designing and implementing WTW's privacy governance framework, ensuring it is robust, effective, and aligned with global best practices.
- Support Global Privacy Programme: Collaborate with the Global Head of Privacy Operations, Country Privacy Officers, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor WTW's global privacy programme, ensuring successful project delivery and effective risk management.
- Embed Privacy Culture: Foster a culture of privacy awareness and compliance across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Manage Client Audits: Coordinate with Data Protection Officers (DPOs) to manage client audits, ensuring seamless execution and effective risk mitigation.
- Provide Expertise: Offer expert advice and support on multi-jurisdictional privacy queries, data protection impact assessments, and data subject access requests.
- Develop Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure business functions are equipped to manage privacy risks and comply with regulations.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage programme interfaces, ensure smooth handovers, and drive effective project delivery.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver programme communications for multiple audiences, transforming complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Sound Privacy Operations Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a global or regional privacy environment, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Recognized Privacy Qualification: Possess a recognized privacy qualification, such as the IAPP CIPM or CIPP certifications.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with OneTrust: Proven experience in using OneTrust privacy software tools, with a strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements.
- Project Management: Proven ability to deliver change projects from initiation to business handover, with a strong focus on risk management and effective project delivery.
