We are seeking an experienced Global Privacy Operations Lead to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Global Privacy Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of global privacy projects and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay Up-to-Date with Privacy Developments: Keep abreast of the latest privacy regulations and developments, including GDPR and other jurisdictional laws.
- Design and Implement Privacy Governance: Assist in designing and shaping WTW's privacy governance and framework, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Support Global Privacy Programme: Collaborate with the Global Head of Privacy Operations, Country Privacy Officers, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor global privacy projects and processes.
- Embed Privacy Culture: Help embed a privacy culture across the business, raising awareness and promoting a culture of compliance.
- Manage Client Audits: Coordinate with Data Protection Officers (DPOs) to manage client audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide Expertise: Offer expert advice and support on multi-jurisdictional Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Records of Processing Activities (RODPs), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
- Develop Training Programs: Assist in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to business functions, promoting a culture of privacy awareness.
- Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional teams to manage program interfaces and ensure a smooth handover to operational owners.
- Communicate Effectively: Create and deliver program communications for multiple audiences, transforming technical concepts into clear and concise language.
- Sound Privacy Operations Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a global or regional privacy environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Recognized Privacy Qualification: Possess a recognized privacy qualification, such as the IAPP CIPM or CIPP certifications.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
