About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and identify new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Work closely with senior teams to develop business strategies and target new clients
- Deliver high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience working within a design creative agency preferred
- Experience of winning new business and managing existing customers
- Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match client needs and sell the benefits
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
