About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue within the private and public sectors.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business customers and selling UK domestic and international e-commerce parcel solutions. Your primary focus will be on small packet and parcel services, as well as associated value-added services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the private and public sectors
  • Sell UK domestic and international e-commerce parcel solutions to new business customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth

Benefits:

  • Up to £55k basic salary
  • Uncapped OTE circa £100,000 to £120,000 OTE

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of high-level new business sales within e-commerce parcel/packet sales
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive in all aspects of work
  • Strong character with the will to drive business growth
  • New business sales experience ideally working for a reseller/multi-carrier within a packet, parcel, and mail business

Working Arrangements:

This role is working from home with a requirement to visit the office once or twice a month.
