Medical Equipment Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Training Specialist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Medical Equipment Training and Equipment Library department, you will play a vital role in providing training and support to our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the training database team, including data entry, records archiving, and ordering medical devices and accessories.
- Record all work undertaken in the appropriate format and prepare programmes of training as required.
- Regularly assess the state of medical device training in the Trust and coordinate and monitor programme delivery.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide equipment training for Trust staff.
- Ensure effective and timely advertising for all training initiatives and assist in the delivery of training to staff.
- Develop high-quality training materials and ensure training and verification documents exist for each piece of equipment in the Trust.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and evaluate training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of medical devices and equipment training.
