This role is a key part of our service, providing an alternative access point for individuals requiring out of hours support when experiencing negative symptoms of mental or physical illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide early intervention techniques and adequate support provisions to individuals in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with regional offices, team members, and stakeholders to build robust professional relationships
  • Travel across the region to provide support and services
  • Have a high level of IT and literacy skills, as well as a health and social care background or training background
