About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a High Intensity User Service Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-intensity support to individuals in crisis, working closely with our team to ensure effective interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our service's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and deliver training programs for our staff and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mental health support and crisis intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including our case management software.
