Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Kiki McDonough. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury fine jewellery products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain impactful in-store and window visual displays to showcase our products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
