This role is not for the faint-hearted.


We are talking about the role of a 360 recruitment consultant building relationships with hiring managers at fast growth companies and matching their requirements to our growing talent pool.


Sales Confidence is building the world's most valuable B2B sales community. Our mission is to help salespeople access the best sales jobs, at the best software companies in the world.

You are going to be in the trenches day to day.


The role of an Recruitment Consultant will include:


  • Cold Calling target prospects
  • Creating, designing and executing email campaigns
  • Using social selling and Linkedin
  • Understand AI to be more efficient and effectively
  • Meeting and beating sales targets
  • You will get on going coaching and development


Salary and Bonuses and Equity:


  • Commission only first 90 Days - 25% on any closed revenue. (Expenses paid)
  • Once you complete the first 90 Days you can move to base salary or continue with commission only
  • Base salary ranges from £25k - £40k depending on experience plus commission
  • Once you have successfully completed 6 months you will have the chance to own equity in Sales Confidence
