We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Newcastle Audi. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and workshop areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties, completing vehicle health checks for the workshop, and ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control is maintained. You will also be responsible for receiving orders, processing returns, and providing excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
