We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Newcastle Audi. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
  • Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
  • Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
  • Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
  • Answering calls from customers
  • Providing excellent customer care

Requirements

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is essential that you can work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
