About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance tasks and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be the backbone of our team, working closely with the Maintenance Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily maintenance tasks and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard
  • Working with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Motivating and coaching the maintenance team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Proven ability in one or more of the following skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
