Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of gardeners and maintenance staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end client's properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team of gardeners and maintenance staff
  • Ensure the maintenance of horticultural equipment and machinery
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising a small team
  • RHS level 2 horticulture or NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of horticultural equipment and machinery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and use initiative
