Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of gardeners and maintenance staff, ensuring the highest standards of work are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a small team of gardeners and maintenance staff
  • Ensure the highest standards of work are maintained
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance tasks and projects
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets
  • Provide excellent communication and liaison with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of supervising a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • RHS level 2 horticulture or NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of horticultural equipment and machinery
  • PA1&6 spraying licence desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a team and use initiative
  • Good attention to detail and high standards
