Main Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the company's I.T. systems, supervising the ICT infrastructure, and supporting software development and training.

Main Objectives and Results:
  • Formulate and implement the Group and Regional IT Technical strategy.
  • Manage all aspects of IT technical management, including LAN, Servers, Domain, Shop Floor Systems, ERP Systems, Power B2O Sequence Systems, and escalation processes.
  • Lead and communicate with fellow IT Technical professionals to ensure goals, budgets, and policies are understood and meet business needs.
  • Coach and appraise the organization to become lean, agile, and competitive.
  • Ensure assets (Hardware & Software) are managed, maintained, and utilized to maximize business productivity.
  • Play a lead and coordinating role in pulling together key functions under the continuous improvement banner.
  • Develop, prepare, and monitor projects within skill set.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and meet expertise levels needed within the business.
  • Consult on technical processes within the IT Group, including Desktop/Laptop Hardware, Printers, Microsoft Windows Server Technologies, and more.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a recognized IT role.
  • Certified qualification in chosen area.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Local language required, English preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player with high level of personal integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel across borders and functions.
  • Competent and experienced within a high-volume automotive environment.
