The client is a leading organisation in Northern Ireland, and are recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.

You will run payroll for 300+ staff weekly and monthly. The role is super flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation and processing of multi-site payrolls paying 300+ employees.
  • Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Assist with payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations, including Pensions and Weekly RTI submissions.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working in a Payroll environment.
  • Experience of operating weekly high-volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of payroll procedures and processes.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and relevant payroll packages.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data.
