The Role

We are seeking a Graduate Commercial Sales Trainee to join our sales team and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a commercial sales trainee, you will be immersed in the inner workings of the business and introduced to your sales targets. Your role will involve representing the company through client interactions across various industries, balancing existing customer relationships and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in comprehensive training and development programs, including external sales training and internal training
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships
  • Coachable and willing to learn and develop skills
  • Determination and resilience in the face of challenges
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of £28,000-£30,000
  • OTE of £30,000
