About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and booking new business opportunities with health and safety professionals in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
