About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Prospect potential customers to set up discovery demos and showcase our solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge to drive sales growth and success
