Customer Service Advisor

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Charles Taylor Assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit medical expenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Creation, assessment, and coverage of travel insurance claims.
  • Understanding and entering invoice payments on our in-house system.
  • Identify and negotiate medical invoices.
  • Handle and coordinate requests for logistical services for clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confident and self-motivated individual.
  • Team player with the ability to work alone using own initiative.
  • Proficient computer skills.
