Technical Manager - Fresh Produce

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee the technical and compliance functions, ensuring operations meet top-tier standards for food safety, due diligence, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical & Quality Functions: Act as the primary contact for all technical and quality-related issues.
  • Risk & Incident Management: Implement a strong risk management and incident handling system.
  • HACCP & Quality Systems: Oversee HACCP implementation, process improvements, and statistical quality control.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in managing product quality, food safety, and compliance within the food/fresh produce sector.
  • Experience working with top retailers, ideally in the fresh produce or prepared food sectors.
  • Ability to lead projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Formal qualification in Food Science, Agronomy, or similar is preferred.
