Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our technical and compliance functions, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards for food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for technical and quality-related issues.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure technical compliance across the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.

    • Educational Background: Formal qualification in Food Science, Agronomy, or similar is preferred.
    • Leadership: Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leadership and collaboration.
