About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing residential care for adults with mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage and support the development of personal skills and interests through hobbies, social activities, and community engagement.
  • Promote independence and self-advocacy by empowering individuals to make choices and take control of their lives.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with best practices.
