What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about producing high-quality food and providing exceptional service. As a natural leader, you'll be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ensuring effective controls, and driving sales growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing excellent service through quality food
  • Leading and developing a team of chefs
  • Managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Designing and delivering new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Driving sales growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
