About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Bars & Shops team at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality service and achieve operational targets.
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, including managing staff rotas, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the venue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in a food and beverage environment. You should have a proven track record of leading teams, developing staff, and driving business results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
