Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Bars & Shops team at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve key targets such as add-on sales and promotions, while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction. This is an operational guest-facing role, and you will be required to work a 5-day week over 7 days, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
As a Shift Manager at Butlin's, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will be confident in your ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even in high-pressure situations, and have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining consistent brand standards.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced leader from within a food and beverage environment who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
You will be confident in your ability to direct and respond in any situation, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. You will also have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in a busy hospitality environment.
