About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's Team, working in our vibrant bars and entertainment venues. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Our teams are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us in our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams. No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

About You

We're looking for individuals with a warm and friendly demeanor, who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. If you have previous experience, we'd love to hear from you, but it's not essential. What's more important is your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to new situations.

Our resorts operate throughout the week and on weekends, so you'll need to be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends. Please let us know your availability when applying, and we'll discuss the details further.
