About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's Team. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in our vibrant entertainment venues.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us in our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams. No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

As a member of our team, you'll work alongside a fantastic team, receiving support and guidance every step of the way. You'll gain the skills and confidence to excel in your role and make a real difference to our guests' experiences.

About You

We're looking for individuals with a warm and friendly demeanor, who enjoy chatting with people and providing excellent customer service. If you have previous experience, we'd love to hear from you, but it's not essential.

As a great team player, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be happy to try new things. You'll also need to be flexible, as our resorts are open during the week and weekends, and you may be required to work evenings and weekends.
