About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's team, working in our vibrant bars and entertainment venues. As a Bar Team Member, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests, engaging with them while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Our teams create unforgettable memories for our guests, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams. No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

About You

You don't need any prior experience to work with us. If you possess a warm and friendly demeanor, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. If you do have previous experience, we're also interested in speaking with you. As a team player, you should be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to try new things. Our resorts operate seven days a week, so you'll need to be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
