We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join a reputable and well-established organization specializing in manufacturing, installation, and maintenance services, known for its consistent growth and development.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Improve workforce productivity, recovery rates, and performance analytics.
- Assess and identify necessary training for teams and individuals.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, leading by example and managing performance effectively.
- Establish and uphold rigorous performance standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Skilled in generating monthly management reports on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Preferred knowledge/experience in best practices for inventory management.
- Ability to create detailed job descriptions for team roles and a skills matrix to pinpoint training requirements.
