Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Reconciliations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-circle accounts payable processes for Europe/US entities, developing and maintaining productive business relationships with internal and external vendors, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Payable Process Management: Manage full-circle accounts payable processes for Europe/US entities, working closely with the Accounts Payable Team to ensure timely and accurate payments and communications.
  2. Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal and external vendors through timely and accurate payments and communications.
  3. Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  4. Employee Expense Reimbursement: Assist with employee expense reimbursement process.
  5. Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  6. Ad-hoc Requests and Reporting: Provide ad-hoc requests and reporting for the business.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Four or more years of experience in an Accounts/Finance department.
  2. Organizational Skills: Organized, proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Communication Skills: Good communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  4. Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  5. Self-Management: Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team.
  6. Microsoft D365: Ideally, experience in Microsoft D365, although not essential.
