We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team, responsible for supporting various operational functions:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for clients across three distinct sectors: Software, Brokerage, and Transitnet, ensuring timely and precise management of customer requests and proforma invoices through SGS systems.
- Maintain and update records to guarantee the accuracy of invoicing management data consistently.
- Utilize SGS' proprietary software to retrieve and relay data concerning declarations to clients.
- Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the Administration Manager to support debt recovery efforts, manage Google AdWords, and perform general administrative duties.
Essential:
- GCSE Level in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent (grades A* to C).
- Educational background to 'A' level standard or equivalent.
- Experience in finance-related activities involving multiple clients and services.
- Proficiency in navigating various software applications essential for administering financial services, with support.
