About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Housing team as a Homeownership Area Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting our local homeownership area team to deliver excellent resident service and contribute to driving change in line with Anchor's business aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and improve key business performance using a balanced scorecard that includes business performance, resident experience, safety and compliance, budget performance, and colleague performance and engagement.
  • Manage, develop, and support the local homeownership area team to deliver excellent resident service and contribute to driving change in line with Anchor's business aims and objectives.
  • Contribute to and deliver the homeownership housing strategic plan at a local level and drive a continuous improvement culture.
  • Ensure local service delivery is compliant with all regulatory, statutory, and internal governance/policy requirements.
