Housing Area Lead

About the Role
As a Homeownership Area Manager at Anchor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional resident service and engagement in local communities.
This role requires regular interaction with residents and colleagues to ensure high standards of compliance and great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and improve key business performance metrics, including occupancy, debt, CSAT, engagement, safety, and budget performance.
- Manage, develop, and support local homeownership area teams to deliver excellent resident service and contribute to driving change in line with Anchor's business aims and objectives.
- Contribute to and deliver the homeownership housing strategic plan at a local level and drive a continuous improvement culture.
- Evaluate and ensure local service delivery complies with regulatory, statutory, and internal governance/policy requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to put the customer at the heart of decision-making, and act as an ambassador for Anchor's values.

Salary Information:
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
