  • A minimum of 3 years in a senior management role (GM, DGM, or Operations Manager) within a full-service hotel environment.
  • A stable career trajectory with demonstrated growth.
  • Residence within a reasonable commuting distance or a willingness to relocate.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A strong focus on service excellence and achieving results.
  • Robust commercial acumen.
