Junior Receptionist

- Providing a warm welcome to our guests
- Using our computerised hotel system to process guest details
- Ensuring that billing charges are entered correctly and that daily takings are balanced.
- Dealing with queries from guests and ensuring that any requests are met swiftly
- Producing accurate guest accounts upon check out ensuring a smooth departure
- Confident and intuitive, you will be required to adapt your manner of communication to suit a variety of situations. You will be required to listen, react and resolve, ensuring our guests receive an individual, personalised experience.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage but full training will be provided and our Team Development Programme will equip you with the skills required to succeed in this role and progress your career journey here with us at Ragdale Hall Spa.- GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.**Hours of work**

**39** hours per week - 5 out of 7 days working between 7am - 10pm, including weekends, on a rota basis.- **Salary**
- Age 16 - 17 - £7.95 per hour- Age 18 - 20 - £9.36 per hour- Age 21+ - £11.00 per hour**Perks**
