As a Customer Service Team Leader at Healix, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients and members.
- Developing and implementing performance improvement plans to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and abilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Providing expert subject matter guidance to team members and other stakeholders on customer service best practices.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong track record of leadership and team management, and is able to drive performance improvement in a fast-paced environment.
