Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coventry. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our organisation, taking calls that come through the helpline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling first contact responses, registering new queries, and updating records on a range of IT systems
  • Being trustworthy and dealing with sensitive customer information, maintaining confidentiality
  • Putting customers first, communicating clearly, straightforwardly, and thoughtfully, tailoring verbal and written communications to the individual
  • Forwarding correspondence to the correct department and answering queries when necessary

Requirements:

  • Delivering a fair and efficient service that reflects the diversity of our customers and our people
  • Working in a hybrid environment, with the option to work from home and in the office
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
