About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of HRIS. This is a key role that will involve managing the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our peoples team systems, including ITrent, Document Logistics, Tribepad, Hornbill, and Sharepoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our peoples team systems
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective operations of our peoples systems
  • Support system-related initiatives and maintain strong relationships with system suppliers
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our peoples systems
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ITrent and familiarity with Tribepad
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint is advantageous
  • Extensive understanding of HR processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
