HR Shared Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to join our team at Initiate International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our employees and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and managing HR projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
