Job Title: HR Shared Services Advisor

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Advisor to join our team. As an HR Shared Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR support to both UK and EMEA employees on a range of complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees on maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, gardening leave, bonus payments, probations, and other complex issues.
  • Support managers and employees on Workday and drive the use of self-service.
  • Ensure all template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed in line with changes.
  • Support the delivery of TUPE administration processes where applicable.
  • Support with long-term absence queries.
  • Conduct Workday data audit checks.
  • Work closely with the reward team to capture legislation changes and provide support on pension administration.
  • Manage retirement and probation paperwork.
  • Oversee the leaver process, including exit interview calculations and settlement agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on restructures, M&A, and redundancies.
Requirements:
  • Answer HR queries in a timely manner.
  • Understand and provide solutions to queries.
  • Ensure the HR system is accurate and updated, conducting regular audits.
  • Train colleagues on HR system changes.
  • Input into enhancing current processes, accurately documenting them.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong relationship builder.
